Manage Subscription
To manage your Cargo-planner subscription you start by navigating to “Company settings” in your left side menu and switching to the “Billing”-tab. See Start Subscription on how to navigate.
Subscription Portal
In the subscription portal you are able to manage your subscription plan, payment option and billing plan. The starting view where you can access these settings are displayed below:
Update Subscription Plan
You can edit your subscription plan as well as your billing option, in case your needs for the service has changed.
Start by clicking on “Update Subscription” to access the options. You will be redirected to the below view:
Change billing plan
At the top of the “Update subscription”-view you can change between yearly and monthly billing plan.

Below the billing plan option you can select or change the number of subscriptions you need.
For information about, for example, pricing for adding more then the standard amount of users to your subscription. Please, contact [email protected].
Confirm updates
When you have selected the updates that you require, click on “Continue” and you will be redirected to the following view:
Review the changes before clicking on “Subscribe and pay”. Your payment, should there be any at this time, will be processed and you will be redirected back to the main view of the portal. Navigate back to you billing section inside Cargo-planner and confirm that your updates have taken effect.
Change payment option
You can manage your payment options through the subscription portal.
Change credit card
In order to change your credit card, the first step is to add the new credit card that you want to change to. This is achieved by clicking on “Add payment method” below the current credit card information.
You will be redirected to a view that asks you to submit the information about the new credit card and the return back to the start view of the portal.
Now, you should be able to find both of your credit cards in the list under “PAYMENT METHOD”. As displayed below, click on the three dots next to the card that you want to set as default and click on “Make default” in the dropdown menu.
You can now proceed to click on the three dots next to your old credit card and select “Delete” in the dropdown menu, if you want to remove it.
Switch to invoice and bank transfer

Cancel Subscription
If you want to cancel your subscription, click on the “Cancel subscription” button to your upper right corner, below “Update subscription”.
You will be redirected to the following view, that describes the remaining period of your subscription and the details of you cancellation.
To finalize you cancellation, click on “Cancel subscription” at the bottom. You should now be redirected back to the starting view of the portal. You can go back inside cargo-planner and see the changes in the information about your subscription under billing.
